Description
1. Responsible for all aspects of supply chain management, including production planning, upstream ,downstream, logistic and warehouse
2. Responsible for department structure to optimize material planning and FG delivery efficiency,
3. Monitor FG&raw material stock and customer demand and coordinate product changes and inventory levels to assure minimal obsolescence
4. Monitor suppliers’ key component stock by pulling in/push out, leveraging, re-allocation, etc. so as to fulfill delivery plan.
5. Minimize freight cost through the proper planning processes.
6. Implement lean manufacturing techniques as related to material handling and control.
7. Analyze and present customer driven trends and projections in order to properly define plant capacity and manning requirements.
Qualifications
Skills/Experience Required:
1.Minimum of 5years’ supply chain management experience in electronic /Electrical product manufacturing industry.
2. With the experience in managing interconnect business materials (Plastic ,metal, electronic component) would be preferred.
3. Expert of material, production planning, delivery and vendor management.
4. Have experience in a high-mix-low-volume environment, knowledge of lean manufacturing systems, and experience in international organizations.
5. Familiar with SAP system and RPA
6. Fluent English of speaking, listening, reading and writing.
7. Good communication and leadership skills.
Education Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree or above, Supply chain or related field, Master’s degree preferred
