- assigned BRs / development requirements are realized in time with high quality and low costs
- development requirements and implementation are approved by Central Development (documented in T&R)
- development requirements are realized independently of the GB (division). For GB specific solutions the approvalfrom development coordinators and from technical architect is needed.
- Implementations of development requirements are done independently of the SAP Version (R/3 & S/4 HANA).
- Status, communication with UD and CI internally is done in T&R and in the project specific T&R (e.g. BBM). Crossdivisional developments are presented in the CapCon meeting (e.g. time plan, transports, tests).
- Functional CI tests are processed and completed.
- BR documentation is done and solution is included in the Solution Portfolio List latest 10 days after Go Live (deliveryto P).
- 2nd Level Support: knowledge transfer is done latest 14 days after Go Live (delivery to P).
- 3rd Level Support: requests from 2nd Level Support are answered within the business hours or taken over afterhand shake
