Responsibilities • Provide System（including but not limited to SAP）support to the IT business solution team • Maintain day-to-day effective communication with users and local/group IT peers. • Work closely with team members to resolve production issues, and fulfill routine service requests. • Maintain clear system design documents with knowledge champions and provide technical expertise to the team. • Assist in the identification of changes that will increase the quality and effectiveness of applications . • Coordinating system testing and liaise with the development team(either in house or third party) ensure resolution to bugs and other issues arising from testing. • Work under the ITIL framework to continuously improve operation efficiency including reducing or avoiding incidents, improve automation and standardize system operations into knowledge base. Requirements: • Hold Bachelor's degree or above. Overseas experience is a plus. • Problem solving and root causing finding skills are essential to this role's success. • Minimum of 2 years experience in application support, especially SAP or similar ERP is a PLUS. • Experience of supporting SAP RETAIL/FICO/VISTEX/BI is a PLUS. • Knowledgeable of coding and debugging and able to lead vendor development is a PLUS. • Effective written English is a MUST and verbal English is a PLUS. • Good team player and strong initiative and self-motivation. Able to work under pressure and deadline.
